Entrust has built a GIS framework with a comprehensive database of constraints layers for the UK and Ireland. Our in-house GIS team has provided constraints mapping for over 1,000 planning application, in accordance with the requirements of Planning Authorities and other Public Bodies across these islands.

Our spatial mapping solution for planners includes detailed information of various planning constraints relevant to their development, buffer zone maps with often pre-agreed distances related to specific constraints (i.e. Residential Buildings, Public Rights of Way and Roads) and site boundary maps.
