Paul joined Entrust Liverpool in 2023. He graduated from University College Cork in 2003 with a BSc. Earth Science degree and earned a MSc. Town and Regional Planning from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh. He has worked mainly in the private sector in Ireland, Scotland and England, with some local authority experience with UK local authorities.

Paul’s experience in preparing, submitting and managing planning applications for all scales and types of development from householder to windfarms. This includes liaising with a range of stakeholders and representing applicants at planning committees. He is a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2014 and has taken several masterclasses with the RTPI.
