Neil is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. He joined Entrust in 2016 after graduating from University. After joining Entrust, Neil has been involved in a number of projects both upgrading existing and installing new telecommunications equipment on behalf of various network providers such as EE, Three, Telefonica, Vodafone and Tetra Ireland. Neil has also successfully managed a number of projects on behalf of the Home Office on their ESN programme, to help deliver and maintain Emergency Services Mobile Coverage. Neil has gained a 100% planning success rate for over 400 sites for the Home Office ESN project. Neil has also worked on the Home Offices’ EAS project, undertaking surveys for the Home Office in some of the most remote areas of Great Britain, ensuring that critical network coverage is provided in the event of an emergency.

Since being promoted to Senior Planner, Neil is now managing a number of projects in the telecommunication sector, as well as newly emerging markets such as Electric Vehicle Charging and Battery Energy Storage. Neil’s work is varied both in terms of outputs and size, working from individual site surveys for EV chargers and domestic renewable energy planning applications to nationwide telecoms rollouts and some of the largest renewable energy planning applications in the UK. Neil also has much experience in site surveying, producing photomontages and writing environmental reports such as LVIA’s for solar, telecoms, wind and energy storage projects throughout the UK.

Neil holds a MPlan Master of Planning, from the University of Liverpool.
