Kieran is a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and member of the Irish Planning Institute. He has extensive planning and environmental experience spanning over twenty five years in the wireless telecoms and renewable energy sectors in the UK and Ireland. Kieran started his career obtaining planning permission and acquiring wireless telecoms sites. He then worked as part of a 3G license bid team for several years acquiring option agreements and devising the planning strategy. Following this, he worked as a planning consultant on a number of different wireless telecoms rollouts where he headed up the planning element of a number of them across the UK and Ireland.

In 2008 Kieran set up Entrust in Ireland to provide planning consultancy services for the wireless telecoms sector in Ireland and then in 2011, he set up Entrust in the UK to provide planning and environmental consultancy services for the renewable energy and telecoms sectors. With offices in both Liverpool and Galway he has headed up Entrust planning & environmental since 2008.

Kieran holds a BSc (Hons) Degree from the University of Greenwich.
