Our Role
Entrust carried out a pre-application consultation exercise with the National Park Authority and representatives of the Diocese for the scheme, in a highly sensitive location being a Grade II listed building, in the centre of a conservation area, within a national park.
The application was approved by Snowdonia National Park Authority. Entrust Professional Services also dealt with Faculty Approval for the scheme from the Diocese of Bangor.
Entrust provided planning and heritage consultancy services.
Entrust have worked on behalf of Obelisk on behalf of Arqiva Ltd on the Emergency Services Network. Throughout this project, Entrust submitted over 350 Code Notifications and over 50 Prior Notifications and Full Planning Applications gaining a 100% planning success rate on this project to deliver back up power generators and battery cabinets to existing Emergency Service Network (ESN) telecommunications base stations throughout the UK.
The proposal included the replacement of an existing slimline flagpole antenna to the optimum scheme for the client comprising 4 face mounted 4G antennae. Enabling the site to provide 4G to the village and for the Emergency Services Network.
